Topstory gathers news from publicly available sources and presents short summaries, grouped by topic and ranked by importance. It is free to use, and we may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

• Summaries are produced automatically, partly with AI, from the original articles. They can be incomplete or contain mistakes, so check the original story (via "Read full story") before relying on it.
• Every story names its source. The original articles, headlines and images belong to their publishers, and we link back to them.
• Topstory is for general information only. It isn't professional, legal, financial or medical advice.

Please don't:

• misuse the service, try to break it, or overload it with automated requests;
• copy or republish content from the app in bulk;
• use the app in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Links in the app take you to publishers' websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Topstory is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the app or relying on its content.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Topstory after a change means you accept the new terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
